Hi there,

I'm not sure what types of foods are good for memory enhancement but I have heard that a great supplement is Ginko Brahmi, which can be found in most natural health stores. My brother used it while studying for exams and swears by it!

I heard about this and i tried it.. it worked like magic...
a cup of hot water (the water you use to make tea) except that you don't add the tea or the sugar.. first thing in the morning and last thing before u go to bed.. (although i didn't stick to the bed time cup but it still worked)..
Trust me, u'll be amazed !
