You should let just what your feel about her determine how long you wait but were I you I wouldn't wait just too long ,,,, If she were genuinely interested in you then she wouldn't go this " I'll Think about it " routine ,,,, If she's a good friend ,,,, well ,,,, that's fine ,,,, Go ahead and wait but if some one else pops up in the mean time or you run out of patience then forget her as anything but just a good friend and move on ,,,, There are allot of fish in the pond and you just might meet some one that doesn't just want to think about it ,,,,

just wait...and dont you ever ask again. it keeps you on a safe side and she'll get the feeling that you're not too doggy for her. Sometimes its a plus points to a man.
But if you think she's worth it,perhaps she's kind and nice (like she's not the type of girl that all she does is to feed her ego), then you could try to ask again, maybe she's just shy to get back to you to answer.

k, well clearly this girl is either scared ... not wanting a relationship, or she's keeping you as a safety net incase the guy she's got her eye on doesnt follow through....so I'd say kinda remind her that you do care ... but dotn right out ask her and show patients but persistence.

she likes your attention but not enough, so do the opposite, stay friends but chase someone else and get the other attention and see if she's willing to tango, if so she's good, if not, you know she's never gonna be yours.
