Hello! The name Bolein is a spelling variation of the surname BOLEYN. It goes back to before Queen Ann Boleyn, second wife of King Henry the Eighth of England. There are many different variations of the spelling of that name. In Elizabethan times and before, there was no one correct spelling of a last name, and there were many variations of a name that sounded similar. You could go online and search genealogy sites for more information on Bolein and Boleyn . Good luck. John B.
