He loved them all the same i think. But he showed his love more to one of the 12 over the others.
This was Judas, Jesus knew that he would betray him, yet He allowed him to be among his disciples, He permitted him to hear those things which Jesus spoke to his disciples about personally. He washed his feet for him before the betrayal, and He even called him "Friend" in the garden of Gethsemane when he betrayed Him.

I don't know if he had any favorites per say, but it seems he was probably closest to Peter, James and John. They were the 3 that he seemed to take with him on special occasions such as when he went to pray all evening the night before his death.
