How long does banana bread last? I've had mine in a giant zip lock bag for 2 weeks, and it looks fine.. it's a moist banana bread, not crumbly or dry, and it's been stored in the fridge the whole time.

EDIT: So, how will I know the bread is bad? Will it be moldy, or will it dry up?

If you keep it in the fridge it will last a little longer, but about a week/week and a half..

well just make sure you keep it sealed in somethi tight, or it wont be moist anymore, it will get hard and tough juss keep it in some good tupperware, or believe it or not keep it in the freeze and keep it fres h then warm it back up. works great!!!!
