I've caught her a few times looking at me. and she teases me sometimes, and a lot of other positive signs. One day my friend (another girl) invited her to go out, and she declined. when i asked her why she didn't go... she answered "i didn't know YOU were going". BUT! when I ask her out, she agrees, but then later she says she can't make it. it's happened a few times. what's up with that? Does that mean she's not interested?

She's interested in u....but jst circumstances arent to her advantage and other things came up...give her another chance...if she still disappoints u, confront her and ask her wats up?...is she ignoring u or does she really have troubles that affect her goin out wid u.

Well, she probaly really want 2 go out with u and is just too shy. I can totaly relate 2 her right now. Just be there if she needs u. If its like the 10th time she's cancelled, tell her about the pattern and tell her u like her and would really like to go out but she keeps cancelling on u. Good luck TTFN!

unfortunately it seems she is playing hard to get (i hate it when people do this - just be upfront bout how you feel! its hard enough as it is!!!) anyway, i suggest you either a) keep asking her out (if she's keen she'll eventually agree) or b) just stop all together then she will realise how stupid she's been and SHE'LL start making the effort!

it seems like she's interested, but may be juggling other interests that she has right now. you may need to be a little more forward in getting her to go out. whatever (or whoever) else is distracting her is winning her time away from you. be a little more assertive.
