Abide by court orders or hire an attorney to get the orders changed. If there's no order saying you can't see her, have the custody papers in hand and the police escort you to her house to arrange a visit if she won't talk to you. Or you may want to go ahead with the attorney just to have the legal backing.

If you have joint custody of her and she will not let you see then you need to contact your lawyer.
If there is nothing on record that allows you to see her then you need to go to court and have something put on record that you want visitation.

What do you mean your ex "won't let you"??? Does she have a legal reason not to let you see your child (eg. you're abusive, invovled with drugs, crime, etc?). If not, you have all the right to see your child, so take her to court.
