I'm sure you could be if you set your mind to be, but whether that is a realistic goal is another matter. Have you discussed it with your leader? I work in kilos myself but by my calculations that would mean you weighed in at around 57 kilos. I'm only slightly taller than you, I got down to 61 kilos (that's around 135) on WW at one stage and it was way too thin. I felt ill, I looked ill, I had no breasts left at all, a boney backside and no muscle tone, that really isn't attractive. It's probably OK in a 15 year old, but for a 40 year old it looks down right scrawny.
When I was working as a WW leader I weighed between 63 and 65 but even that was a bit skinny. I weight between 65 and 67 kilos now which is about perfect for me.
5lbs a month is probably doable but will get harder as you go along. As you get smaller your weight loss will decrease. I wish you every sucess with your weight loss. I used to tell my members that there is only one mistake you can make which will cause you to fail, one fatal error, that's giving up. Any other mishap on route (like "accidentally" eating a whole treacle tart or pigging out for a week on holiday) can be dealt with, but if you give up, nobody can help you.
Merry Christmas

Size 4 is unrealistic. When I weighed 90 lbs, I wasn't even a size 4 ! If you are 125 lbs, you could only be a size 4 if you were about 5' 10" or taller.
Good luck, but stay healthy! (Weight Watchers is a very good, realistic weight loss regimen)

Some people just have a larger bone structure. I was 110 lbs (I'm 5 feet tall), and a size 8. Forsure 120s are a good goal weight, but don't restrict yourself by size.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Why aim for a size? A healthy weight is all you need. Some men will only find skinny girls attractive, some only like heavy girls, and some don't care what you look like at all. So why not get down to that healthy range for yourself, your health, and be happy with yourself. If you're single, by staying just barely under the overweight range, you'll be weeding out all the superficial guys who only want a super skinny model type! They tend to cheat as soon as you start to age and your looks go downhill... WHO NEEDS EM!

I think that instead of worrying so much about weight and size...you should stop losing when you feel good about how you LOOK.
My personal trainer once told me that someone who weighs 90 lbs could technically be fat if they have a low lean body mass and high fat percentage. You should shoot for a goal in terms of high lean body mass and low body fat percentage. The average weight for someone who is 5'4'' tall and med. frame is 124-138 lbs. Good luck to you!

I was boney at 5'4 and 120 lbs- and a size 9- so it depends- not all frames are the same shape- or hips and shoulders same width- wt sounds good- but size unsure=D

5 lbs each and every week is a freak of nature, and the only thank you to end it relatively is to undergo a pair style of risky crash nutrition plan (like Beyonce before she filmed Dreamgirls, she reportedly lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks by utilising residing off no longer something yet water mixed with pepper and maple syrup). the undertaking with dropping weight that rapidly is that, I assure you, it won't stay off. the final rule of thumb is that the longer it takes you to lose the burden, the extra beneficial possibility of it staying off. 2 pounds each and every week is in all probability the ideal, do no longer attempt to pass quicker or it's going to all come back, and then some.
