Enlisted males currently have Dress Blues (cracker jacks), dress whites, working whites, working blues (Johnny Cash's), utilities, coveralls, and camoflouge. I'm in the Navy in Korea and currently Im wearing the old wood land pattern cammies. Next year we are getting rid of the working blues/whites and utilities. We are getting grey/blue digital cammies and a half black and half khaki uniform.
Chiefs and officers have alot of different uniforms they can wear as well.

In 2007 the Navy will implement the adoption of a pixelated pattern uniform in blue and gray. To meet the Navy's cold-weather requirement the new working uniform will include fleece jacket, pullover sweater, and parka options. In addition, the Navy will also implement woodland and desert digital-pattern uniforms specially for sailors who need to work ashore (e.g. hospital corpsmen or SEALs). These uniforms will replace the seven different working uniforms currently in use, including the relatively new and unpopular utility uniform that itself replaced the time-honored "dungaree" uniform in 2000

Some of the Navy wears BDUs... If you're in Guard, an MA, or a SEAL you'll wear them. Then they have dress blues, dress whites, and their standard "cracker jacks".

Navy SEALs and guards can wear BDUs if necessary.
Sub crews wear blue jumpsuits.

Dress blues, Utilities, camos, the one black outfit (can't remember the name) that has a black shirt tie and pants.
