You do not give me more detail to analyze so I have to give you my 2 cents. Here you can do, first You have to make sure you have a witness to be around.2.You stay calm and do not say anything when the cop read your Right and sometimes the cop forgets to read your Right then you do not have a case. 3. Attitude and Attitude, I urge you to be polite and do not pick a fight with the police. 4. You only can say one thing I want to call my lawyer and that all. Remember if you have a history of doing drug in the past then make sure you have a good lawyer and pays he or she well to defense you. But, if you are clean then the cop has nothing against you. When it comes to court, the judge can see who is lie and who is honest? Even the court Reporter still can tell the difference.

go to court , go to prison , do the time as so many people have as a brain dead jury would never believe a good honest cop who puts his life on the line to protect them every day would never do any thing like that nor lie, our people are so brain washed in this country there is no way anyone could get a fair trial in our court rooms any more,just like the lie about the cops arrest them then the courts let them go, Are people so stupid to believe that B,S,? the sad answer is yes, when all the need to do is look at the conviction ratio in this country it is 98.8 % in other word if you are arrested for any thing unless you got the money like O,J, your *** is going to prison, this country has a highest conviction ratio than any country on earth, and more people in prison even than China, or North Korea,even, so don't worry about it you are going to prison, just think free meals and a cot , after you work your *** off at Uni-core for 35 cents per hour,good deal huh?

I'm not sure. But, on the other hand, I wouldn't be in a situation where cops would be planting drugs on me.

If that indeed happens, then you should ball up your hands into fists with the thumbs tucked in and not open them for any reason, your best bet is to argue that the complete lack of your fingerprints on the evidence means it was never actually in your possession.

If I knew I never took the drug, I would do absolutely nothing but obey lawful orders.

unfortunally, as with any profession, there are bad cops also. it ends up being your word aginst the cops. but if you pursue it enough and if it happens to otehrs and they complain, it might get out that the cop is dirty. thats really about it.

What could be done really?? alot of cops are corrupt and if they want you to go to jail, they usually get away with it, i guess all i could do is get a damn good lawyer
