I dislocated my shoulder while trying to deliver my first son I holding on to the rails and pushing so hard. I didn't even notice that my shoulder hurt until they came to let me hold my baby and I realized I couldn't move my arm. Childbirth, definitely!

Well, being a man, I can honestly say i've never had to experience childbirth. I imagine there's much short term pain with childbirth, but I hyper extended my right shoulder and broke the right pinky (in two places. Rebroke it several times over the next few weeks, nowheres near as painful as the shoulder) at the same time one day at football practice. The hyperextension left my arm weak and in pain and im just now recovering from it. When I would be sleeping, my shoulder would dislocate itself. If I was to run, the up and down movement caused great pain and it would try dislocating. When I would pick up anything over 25lbs it would try dislocating. Last month for the first time in over two years I didnt have any pain and I was able to lift weights. Even though im right handed, my right arm is still much weaker than my left arm. I'd rather go through alot of short term pain than have to suffer another shoulder injury like that.

What does he know, hes never had a watermelon shoved out of a hole the size of a pea........ Childbirth is very painful...... a dislocated shoulder is painful but no way near what a women goes through......some women are in labor for 12 to 24 hrs before they deliver and by then they are so exhausted from the pain they can hardly push the baby out....... never ask a man about pain they are the wimpiest when it comes to real PAIN...... LoL. Have a Merry Christmas

guys are going to say dislocation because they like to make women seem like they are exaggerating childbirth pain because they will never experience but figure if women can do it, it must not be a big deal. men are very stupid like that. sorry, guess im a bit of a feminist mood. but obviously i say childbirth is way more painful

Hands Down its childbirth ur MALE friend wouldnt understand unless he had gallstones which is very much alike to childbirth pains when passing them, it will be the closest a male will get to giving birth, so tell him to go out get some gall stones and THEN compare

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

Even though I'm a man, I would say childbirth. I was with my wife when she's in labour. Standing beside her already made me feel painful and just imagine my baby is more than 8 pounds of weight.
