If it's just occasional pimples, wash your face with a mild soap (like Dove or Oil of Olay) and then pat dry (never rub). If you're talking about acne, sometimes you may need to see a doctor to prescribe you antibiotic topical creams or pills. Remember to wash your pillow cases at least once a week, and try NOT to use make-up that is older than 3 months (bacteria tends to grow inside). Drinking lots of water and eating healthy can also help prevent pimples. Avoid too much facial sun exposure; wear hats and sunglasses. Keep in mind that hormones and genes also play some role in whether you develop pimples/acne or not. Hope this helps. . .

Dietary changes are in order. Bets thing is 100% raw 100% vegan diet. You don't need to buy a book, video, or anything else, just food fromthe supermarket. Here are some testimonials:

Short of that, here are some tips:

Remove anything from your diet which contains refined sugar, sugar substitutes, flour. Remove any COOKED food from your diet which contains starch. (Potatoes which are raw are great and healthy. potatoes which are cooked cause blood sugar spikes in both diabetics and non diabetics. Unhealthy when cooked.)

Drink at least 8 full cups of water each day.

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Avoid using oil based makeup. Make sure to wash off all makeup before sleeping. Best to avoid the use of makeup altogether.

Sweating is not bad for you or your skin. It opens the pores.

It's pretty hard at first, I tried like everything they sell at stores, I took pills, I washed my face twice, I put masks and even put some cream on it. Ok, they work for a while, but then they came back, so i gave up. And then all of a sudden a miracle happened, I got a mexican chabacano oil, and I found out that my face has two different type of skin, I have dry skin, but oily T-zone, so I wash my face twice with neuter soap, then i put on tonic and i put my FPS 45 and I'm good to go, and at night I use the oil only in my T-zone, so my skin gets really moist, and it does not have to produce more oil to compensate for the lack of itm and in the dry zone i use regular nightime cream, and my face now is as clear as a cloudless sky

I know this sounds like product placement or a commercial, but try ProActive. It really works. Its the only product I would trust to cure acne on my face.
