You are depressed because your physical body doesn't have enough Vitamins and your spiritual body doesn't have enough of Jesus Christ in it.
Suggestion: Stop using medications, either Replace your meals or Add to your meals some fresh organic Fruits and Vegetables. Also, ask Jesus Christ to fill you up with His Love and Joy.

you don't sound so good in your short note so i'm going to say get yourself to a hospital where they take care of people like you. folks who need help desperately. either drive yourself or take an ambulance. talk to the people at the desk at the front of the hospital or go through the emergency department and you will be helped from there.
