No just keep up the meds the Vet gave you and make sure you give them to him on time .

Many Puppys & Kittens get lung infections when they are young and it has to run it's course with meds and staying warm & dry .

If you have any other pets keep them away from the sick pet because it spreads very easy . And yes it can jump from Cats to dogs and the only way to cure it is with meds .

These are all questions that need to be directed toward the veterinarian that treated your dog. Think about it... no one on this website can see your dog, most of them have no veterinary training at all. Do you really think their advice is better than your vets?

I personally would never take advice from someone over the internet about a potentially life altering situation, not to mention it is illegal for anyone to give medical advice if they aren't a vet, and for vets to give advice without examining the animal.

If your puppy has water in his lung... your vet knows best how to treat him and how much exercise he can have. Follow your vet's protocall and you will do fine. Don't ever hesitate to call your vet for additional advice or if things aren't going well, they DO want to know if their patients are not improving. Call and ask questions if you don't understand something. If you don't ask, your vet will assume you understand.

please don't jog with the dog while he is sick, play at home if he wants to but he could collapse if he is ill just like a human- if he is out in the heat. Make sure he has plenty of water, don't let him go near other dogs as he may pick up a serious illness as his immune system isn't strong and he needs his strength to fight off his infection. Give him love and compfort and follow the vets advice- enjoy his cuddles but don't over do it

It could... But could also aggravate it... I'd play with him inside for a while...
