In the state of MN you can legally leave your parent's house at the age of 16 WITH their consent and of course 18 without.
Probaly will either have to get consent or wait until your 18.

In general no, however the laws vary somewhat from state to state, so you should check with your state government.

Usually anyone under the age of 18 requires either parental permission, or an emancipation decree from a judge.

If you have mitigating circumstances, or can prove that emancipation is in your best interest a judge is likely to grant the request, as you are almost 18. If you can prove the ability to support yourself without assistance from your parents, you might also convince a judge to grant you emancipation.

Personally, I'd just suggest waiting until you turn 18 and avoid the hassle.

Really you cant but the police would not do anything, and just leave and note and day where your going. But she can report you as a runaway if you move out I know for sure because I live in Texas and when my brother was 17 he got in a fight with my mom and left to move in with a friend and my mom call the non emergency police number and asked if she can say he moved out or not since he is not 18 so we can say he no longer lives with us and is independent and they said even though we know he just left than we have to say he ran away but they didnt need to send people put looking for him or do anything but you just have to say he's a runaway since he can't legally move out.

It depends on where you live, you could ask a school counselor or your local police. Is that the reason to have a fiance, Just to get out of your parents house? At 17, it seems alittle young to have a fiance old enough to have his/her own place, or will you be moving into his/her parents house? (that will be even bigger problems)

in some states the legal age is 16 and in some states the age is 18.
to me 17 is too young to be doing that because you are still a pup [so to speak].
so watch your back if you decide to do it. because she could hjoller rape and you wouldnt have a leg to stand on.
so think about it real hard the conciquences of your decision.
and i wish you well.

I'm not sure where you live, but all states and I assume countries too have different laws on that. I think most laws you would have to get emancipated in order to do that before you're 18.

Absolutely1 Sounds like you are ready now. At 17 all over the USA, they cannot force you to go back home with mommy and daddy.

dammit! don't do something you'll regret cause you are still very young!!! if all you're thinking about is sex ASAP, you'll regret it 100%. have you planned your future yet? aren't you going for further studies? isn't your parents paying for your highschool now? you should think through the practicalities of life seriously. and decide wisely.

I think you have to be 18 to move out. They can call the cops and you could be considered a "runaway."

It depends upon the state/federal laws where you live. Are you still going to school or do you work?
