Convert to 3GP format, then send via Bluetooth (if available), Internet (if you bought net time for the phone), or data cable (if you bought one, and have the drivers).

Either by using a cable connecting your pc to your mobile phone or via bluetooth.

Convert it to smaller format say : 3GP format. You can send it via bluetooth, IR, Cable or by MMS
