nope, the comparison between Jesus and Jedi is only superficial
the Jedi were a little toooo detached... although the Sith were definitely more evil and manipulative
I do agree Obione had some similarity to a Christ figure... but the images of God were not even close to Christianity
BOTTOM LINE
God is not an impersonal force that can be manipulated for good or evil
OTHER PROBLEMS
Darth Vader was born to bring balance to the force... more akin to Toaism.. where good and evil are balanced as if 1000 years of Jedi is imbalanced... whereas Jesus brings in only righteousness and evil is a corruption of good not a balance
The Jedi and the Sith both were pretty confused and gave not so great advice and reasoning in Star Warz episode III
whereas Jesus is never confused. The philosophy of both the Sith and Jedi fel apart in episode III and the really bad advice of Yoda pushed Anakin more toward the Sith side
all in all Star Wars might represent Toaism or HInduism but contrare to many peep beliefs doesnt make for the best object lessons for Christianity There is a glipse here and there regarding selflessness and sacrifice, laying down your life for your friends... but the differences far outweigh the similarities
I suppose being a Jedi would be the lesser of two evils... but Jesus is completely sinless...not a lesser of two evils

Possibly yes. I see Jesus in the Matrix tho, Neo, The One.
But, yeah, I reckon he would be a Jedi.

No. The Jedi didnt have compassion or love for their fellow man. The Jedi felt that love interfered with their reasoning. This of course was a flawed phylosophy.
I think Jedi phylosophy is more related to Buddhism.
