How much longer do I have to wait?

In September I purchased a computor and additionial software and I'm still waiting for my REBATE. GOT CONFIRMATION OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. WHEN I ASK THEY TELLME IT BEING PROCEED. HOW LONG?

mail in rebates take forever. sorry, its just the way it is.
