Can you make it? Yes
W/canned milk? Yes
Boil hot water... then fill half your coffee cup/glass with boiling water, then add a tablespoon of sugar and 4 spoons of chocolate powder then fill the cup with canned milk/cream (which should only be about 2 tablespoon fulls) and enjoy!

There is no right or wrong way to make choco milk, it's all according to your taste and what you have...you don't even need the milk if you have your choco poweder thats all you really need and your boiling water and some sugar...adding milk is a bonus!!!

Happy Holidays my sweet!

ps. for extra bonus i suggest you shake the milk before you add it to the cup so you get the nice frothy, milk shaky touch and flavour to it! ohhh and a candy cane ...... mmmmmmmm!

yeah, but it may not taste too good. just water and nesquick would be much better than the canned milk though

No. It is absolutely gross. I dont know why, but the NesQuick stuff does not taste good as a hot coco substitute.

It would be better with milk, even canned or powdered milk.
