What kind of bread could I substitute for panettone?

Does anyone even know what kind of bread that is?

the pandouro is better than panettone !
4 cups flour
1 pck. yeast
1/2 cup powder sugar
5 yolks
1 egg
1/2 cup butter melted
1 pinch vanilla extr.
1 tsp limon (rind)
powder sugar and vanilla sugar to pulver
the same panettone process
there is one special pandouro baking form
but you can to use anyone!

It's an Italian christmas bread cake and Stollen from the Germans is similar but I buy the Panettone and just love it.
