rainchaser, good question, sorry. :)
The question's general on purpose so that everyone can benefit from the answers, but any suggestions for Christian denominations for me personally would be appreciated, too. :)

Okay so there's too many good answers! I can't decide among them. So it's going to a vote. Thank you so much for all your answers! I guess now it's time for me to start trying the different churches.

Most friendly: Episcopalian, Unitarian Universalist, Unity (Unity and Unitarian are two different denominations), MCC (Metropolitan Community Churches), United Church of Christ.
Least friendly: Any hardcore Fundamentalist church. In general, I would include most Pentecostal churches, most Baptist Churches, Church of Christ (note: very different denomination from the United Church of Christ and usually found in the Southern US), Church of God, Roman Catholic (there are gay Catholic groups, but the official church stance is anti-gay).

In the Christian church, Unitarians/Universalists are the most friendly, the United Church of Christ and Episcopalians are very frequently very friendly, I'm out as an Episcopal priest with a partner and there's no issue in my area, although there are some areas of the country where that's not true. Least friendly are conservative Protestant groups, like Baptist, Church of God, Church of Christ. Lots of denominations have LGBT caucus groups which can tell you exactly which churches/pastors within their denominations are friendly and not, so that's a great place to look first.

I went to this Unitarian Universalist church and they're very accepting of anyone. Plus, they don't force a particular belief on you, so your religion can be your own.

The most accepting by far would be the Unitarians. Least accepting? I'm not sure about that one. There's a lot of those.
