I was making banana read and realized I'm short of flour....Can I use oancake mix?,,,,Will the bread come out alot different?...Will it be softer ?

YES You can substitute pancake mix for flour, but it's best that you not use flour and pancake mix in a recipe. The substitution as I learned is use: 1 1/2 Cup pancake mix to replace 1 1/4 Cup flour + 2 teaspoon baking powder. (Most brand name Pancake mix has baking powder in it's ingredients)

Bisquick mix is also use to make some cakes so I'm going to go with yes you can. It will be more moist or soft it you must use that term.
