I didn't know it as a child either. What I think of this is that the Atheist should just chill out and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Enjoy the season, party. Live and let live. Leave Christmas alone. Most people celebrate it and they don't even think about Jesus so stop the war on Christmas, have some eggnog and chill out. Oh, ya, and throw a Yule log on the fire too.

I'm not surprised. The British are doing a lot of strange things lately. Not all, but many of them seem to be getting farther away from biblical standards. They seem to care less and less about morals. But America isn't far behind them, if at all.

That's really sad.
It's also sad that our Christmas specials talk about the true meaning of Christmas in a way that indicates to our children that the true meaning of Christmas is "believing" usually in Santa Claus or in the "magic of the season".
It will get much worse before the end times. MUCH WORSE!

Big deal. My kids don't know who Jesus is, and I'm glad for it. We celebrate the Holiday season they way it was meant to be celebrated. The family gets together, we exchange presents, we all gather around the Yule log as my great grandfather (AKA Greatfather) tells everyone stories.
I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!

I think British children are more educated than American children.
Christmas is a pagan holiday and not the birth of Christ.
