For those who think this isnt worth answering, no need to post an angry answer please.. just skip my question..
My exboyfriend and I are broken up for almost two years already. In the past two years he had been trying to come back to me but it just feels like he's ready and then he's not again until i got sick and nearly died that he became so persistent and so ready. Yet, the way i look at it he's still the same, he hasnt changed. He still doesn't care much, and now that he's vacationing in a different country, he hasn't even contacted me, and whenever i tell him to stop playing games with me, he would beg me to give him a chance and not totally close the door and so i would because i still love him and then again.. there he goes again.. he won't do anything to work it.. just letting time pass by.. it's a dilemma cause I love the guy but the way he's going on.. it seems that i have no place in his life..

It sounds like you're having a really hard time with this guy.In a relationship people are suppose to compramise and if it's something that builds the relationship stronger is being there for eachother,spending as much time togerther as possible,honesty and trust.From what I'm seeing,this guys not cutting it at all.Do you only want to be needed when he feels the need or have someone there who really cares?Its time to start looking at the facts...Only you can make that decision...

It seem that you mean something to him, but to tell you the truth not a lot, I'm sure he like something in you, most likely the sex part of the relationship. Then forget about love and marriage, this guy is only for the fun no more no less.

im a guy so here is some advice-
he really wants you and the near death thing made him realize it.
the reason he has not contacted you while on his vacation is because he has no reason too,simply put......
you are not together and he does not want to scare you away by acting like a stalker or someone that is obsessed...

I'm guessing you won't be happy with him in the long run. If you're not seeing someone else now, it seems easy to be stuck on him. If there's no compromise by now, it's doubtful there will be one later.

Just let him go.
He will never stop playing games with you. Never ever.
If you don't stop it will just be more of the same.
If it is more of the same that you want you sure will get it from him.
He just don't respect you & never will.
