Undoubtedly it is Hinduism which includes Buddhism. It is only the Western people who separately read Buddhism isolated from the Hinduism. The Truth has unfolded gradually with the flux of time for a Hindu. They have no prophets. Every Hindu is taught by his way of living that he is capable of knowing the ultimate and knowing is becoming. The Hindu way of living is an experimented Truth over last few thousands of years.

They have leaders who have incorporated these thoughts into a modern day faith that explains away the need for God and an afterlife. Only one problem. If they are wrong there is no refund
