I dont' agree with the majority here. I think you are very nice to think of the Holidays coming up and not wanting to start drama. I surely would start giving off subtle hints and definately avoid spending the actual day with her. Then don't wait until New Years, definately right after Christmas, let her know and be as kind to her as you put it in your question. As for the gift, if you can get her to agree no gifts for either of you that would be best.

I gave up on that a lengthy time period in the past. If I dont purchase a actual present, then I dont purchase some thing in any respect. it truly is my style and human beings recognize it. I dont like going out and paying for crap merely because I even could. I keep in mind that christmas has develop into paying for human beings a large number of stuff yet I cant discover the money for that. i don't experience sorry for human beings with youngsters that "flow broke" because it extremely is a call they make. they're free to inform their youngsters that they cant have each and everything, yet they imagine that love skill paying for sh!t, and that is how they improve their little ones. No ask your self we've develop right into a materialistic society.

If I were you, I would not give her anything expect the truth. You should tell her what you really want and let her free. Because Xmas is the most important day for the singles, maybe she can find someone else to share this heartbroken festival together. If you really want to give her somethings, then I suggest you some lucy charms. Give those things to her, wish she have a lucky future. In that case, she possibly will not hate you too much.

Either way it is going to hurt her...Why have you decided to buy her a Christmas Gift.? Maybe if you are feeling afraid of disappointing her you still have some feelings for her. Unless you have already moved on to someone else.
I know how she is going to feel. My last gift from my ex-boyfriend was for my birthday. I had a wonderful day with him...the next day he was outta my house like a flash and the next weekend I never saw him again...I still think of him the night he gave me that gift...
God I miss him

Since your final intentions are not to be with her and to let her know after the holidays, it's a good idea if you make it clear that each of you will spend no more than $10 or $20. Or exchange a cd. It would be horrible if she bought you something of extreme value. You'd have to look at it all the time and think of what a meany you were.
You never know, maybe she feels that your relationship isn't what she thought either.
Have a good one!!!

If the relationship is going downhill then you need to make a decision regarding your g/f. It is still going to hurt no matter when you break the news. Some one once told me a relationship is for growing and learning and becoming a better person. If that isn't happening then you need to shake the dust off your feet and move on.

How about giving her the truth? And the sooner the better! Any other gift will just be misleading & she'll think you still have a relationship. Then when you break up, she'll probably throw the gift back at you!

Give her something that has no romantic significance. Thats a hard one. Maybe a gift certificate to her favorite store, a CD, something on that line. Anyway good luck to ya and Merry Christmas

don't give her a gift at all and string her along until after Christmas. If your heart is not in it, just tell her and break up, so she can move on with her life.
