I have acid reflux (gerd), only started about two weeks ago. But since Friday, my stomach has been very gurgly; I've felt a little nasueous. It helps when I drink milk. But is this a normal part of GERD or should I be concerned? I can't pinpoint it to a certain food either.... I just had bread and milk, which shouldn't upset my stomach, but it's gurgling away and I feel sick....

Sorry, should have said. I am lactose intolerant, and I was drinking lactose-free chcolate milk with peanut butter sandwiches.

Looneybar, just the thought of that is making me feel sick. Maybe I'll get the courage to try later. Thanks though.

You may be lactose intolerant, or you may have an ulcer. Dairy foods will give you "the bubblies" and tomato products and acidic foods can make you feel sick or make your stomache hurt very badly. Ask your doctor or check out WebMD to be sure.

Sounds like gas and some food didn't agree with your stomach. It does that to me sometimes. Amodium AD Plus chewable tablets work really good for this. It stops the diarrhea and gas pains and gurgling noises.
