seedless fruit as compare to fruits with seeds.

Some seeds have nutritional value, but only if you take the time to grind them in your mouth. If you want the nutrients in seeds, you will rather have to eat other seeds, like nuts, legumes, whole wheat etc, because fruit seeds just pass through your digestive system (that's actually what they were "designed" for)
Some seeds, like apple seeds, have small amounts of cyanide, to avoid animals from eating them, so no use in eating those...
My mom eats the seeds of the grape and says they are good for you. She woulnd't say why thoug and i think they taste like c...
So the bottom line is that the extra nutrients in seeds of fruits can be easily found in other foods. The good things about fruits are in the pulp (vitamins, minerals, carbs and fiber)

the seeds have special nutritional value and healing properties though some seeds can adhere to the intestinal wall and cause damage. there are seeds in red wine and that of course is safe in moderation, for example.
