it may be coz you may use razor to remove hairs dont use razor wax it and to remove darkness rub tomato or apply pototo juice on it the darkness will disapper soon

it is heredity! there may be a lil varies in colour when u do something frequently but when u stop doing it goes

If it really bothers you and is quite dark, laser surgery could help (costly, though).
