I accidently let two very nice cigars get overly dry, and now there are some small cracks appearing in the wrapper etc. Is there anything I can do to help them, or should I just pitch them in the trash?

ok you'v come to the cigar guy , now if they'r crackin , not good but we mite be able to save them. if they are cracked thou that means they won't draw well and in the end they'll be trash.
so get a rubber maid , container to fit them a small dish . put a litle distilled water in the dish and close the lid . come back in a couple of days and see if they'r smokeable ... or they'r trash

Try putting the into an airtight container with a damp cloth that doesn't touch them for a couple of days.
