Removing a face isn't easy. You're going to either need a scalpel or if you're high-tech, a highly concentrated laser. Now, I'm only telling you what I've heard from the movie Face-Off starring John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. You need to cut around the face line, and once the face is removed you need to replace it with another face. You may want to save your original face in a jar if you ever change your mind and want it back later.

Please don't try to remove your face! I know it seems bad now, but it'll get better, I promise!
Maybe instead of removing your face, you could remove the pimples? Try Clean&Clear facial wash and astrigent. Or Proactiv, really works, I promise. You just have to be diligent and keep up with it.

Wash with Dial Antibacterial Soap. It will kill the oil and help with the pimples. If you need something stronger after a week, try Noxzema also.

Go to doctor.
Or, rub face with 1 part Acetone and 1 part hand soap once a day before you go to bed for 2 months.
It works wonders for me, especially when I get breakouts
good luck

Wash your face when you get up and when you go to sleep. Make sure you do this. Eat healthy sometimes its what you eat that will get you break outs. Do exercise. I heard that the sweat can help wash away oil plus its just healthy. Did i mention wash your face when you get up and when you go to bed. Wait how old are you?

See a dermatologist. Acne forms for different reasons. It could be your age (puberty), your diet, heredity or hygeine habits. It could be the soap you're using. See a specialist.
