To be a good kisser,
Just put your tongue just past where her teeth would be. Don't put it in too deep, otherwise it's kind of disqusting for her. Just move your tonge gently across hers, in a slow, circular, teasing manner. Be gentle, it's a lot more sensuous.
Then I have found that right when you are about done kissing and want to pull away, suck on her lower lip just enough (less sucking then you would through a straw, almost the same as you would if you were sipping coffee). Sucking on it too hard can be painful. You don't want to really pull on her lip.
You don't need to suck on her lip every time, but the first time will let her know you mean business.
