The dentist have bleaching products, they make up moulds of your teeth and you take the moulds home with the bleach and do it yourself and it has nothing to do with surgery. If you mean that you have a phobia about walking into a dental surgery, you can actually buy bleaching kits from the chemist. They are not as strong but can work in some cases.( Everyone gets different results)

I used some about a year ago, and WOW!
They really made my teeth WHITE!

brush twice, regularly n properly...probably with a vitamin fluoride toothpaste. visit d dentist regularly..i think rinsing mouth with water in which u have boiled cinnamon helps (btw....d natural colour of d teeth is slightly yellow)
