The only thing that is TRUELY romantic and cute is something from the persons heart that he/she has come up with him/herself.
Find inspiration and write something down. I find there is nothing more impersonal than something found on the net or from a book from my boyfriend. Even if the poem is rubbish.. it doesnt matter! it came from his heart and I will love it!!

Do your own thing. Let the words flow from your heart. Be origninal and share a piece of your mind. And when you give it to the person you are sharing it with, they will be more moved that it came from you than from a book.
There's no right or wrong way to write a poem... that's beauty of it all, so be free and be you.
