ok. my neighbor is so cute, and i really want to get to know him. but i dont want to just go over there and bother him because i dont know if he likes me, and i dont want to give him the wrong impression. i need a good way to get his attention, or introduce myself. anyone have any suggestions? please post.
im a teen, soo dont give me any 'have a dinner party and invite him' stuff.

omg i had the same problem a couple of months ago.... well just wait until hes outside and go outside and just start talking to him like wats his name and hows the weather.... small talk... and at the end if he doesnt ask for your number then u ask for it goooo for it good luck

i had the same promblem but all i did was say hi everytime i saw him then i started asking questions then we started talking take it slow
