Shampoo. Are ya ready for this? Get a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar and fill the rest of the small bowl up with warm water. If it's a 2 cup bowl you could even make it a quarter cup on white vinegar.
Close eyes tight. Get a different bowl underneath. Pour slowly over head, and it will go right into the other bowl, squeeze out into bowl, and pour back over head, and so forth.
Keep a washcloth handy to dry eyes completely before opening. Works! Then condition if desired. May not be necessary. Expect hair to be very springy!
Or, add 2 tablespoons baking soda to you're shampoo, to cleanse away product buildup which we all get from to much conditioner.
Rinse out and shampoo as usual. This works better for color treated hair.
Also, for natural conditioner, take a few T. olive oil and cover, heat in microwave just till lukewarm, or cool down to luke. Put on head. Put on cap. Give about half hour, shampoo well, rinse. Very well conditioned, and an incredibly smooth, comfy scalp. No more dryness at all.

Deep condition Ur hair before bed, leave it in all night and wash it the next day, also when you rinse your hair, use cool water, it makes it silky and shiny... also be sure to drink lots of water and take multi vitamins, it's what's also on the inside that helps the outside.

I actually tried something recently that worked really well:
Boil 2 cups of water with the peel of an orange, finely chopped, for two minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool for 30 min.. Blend the orange water for 1 or 2 min. until you have a sauce. Add to this 1 Tbsp. olive oil and blend for another minute. Lastly, add half of an avocado, peeled and mashed, and blend for 2 min. until completely smooth. Apply the mixture to damp hair and leave on for 25 - 30 min.. Rinse, shampoo, and condition.
I tried this two nights ago and my hair, which is usually some what dull and dry, looked and felt amazing.

It depends on the texture. This might sound gross, but mix mayo, eggs, and warm beer and apply to youre hair. Let it set for 20 minutes and then rinse and rewash hair with normal shampoo and conditioner. Or, just leave your conditioner on your hair for 5 minutes...Maybe try a different brand. The mayo thing does work though. Try it and see. Its great for damaged and dried hair as well.

Balsam and Protein conditioner after you wash your hair, then damp dry.
After you damp dry, wear a wool hat (knitted cap is best) and in an hour or two, take off the hat. Wait until you touch your hair, you won't beleive it!
