i dont really take good care of myself what should i do?

well i do a 1:30 work out evry tuesday thursday friday and saturday i eat gr8 its just i dont put on lotion i dont do my nails im just to busy with my gymnastics competions help plez

Try eating at least five fruits and vegetables per day. Drink plenty of water...a good rule of thumb is to take your weight in pounds, divide by half and that's how much water in ounces you should be drinking per day. For example, I weigh 120 pounds, so I need to be drinking 60 ounces of water per day.

Also, try to get at least 1/2 of exercise a day. If you're not used to exercising, start by walking. Walking is great, plus it's low impact so you don't have to worry about damaging knees or joints. Buy a pedometer--you can get one for less than $10--so you can keep track of your distance.

Get at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night. Limit your alcohol consumption, or don't drink at all. If you smoke, quit! Smoking don't only causes lung cancer, but it also lowers your immune defenses, making you more susceptible to diseases.

Well it depends what you think you are doing wrong.

Do you excersize on a regular basis? This is a given...

Do you eat right? Rather eat many small meals than 3 big ones, it really gives your matabolism a break and you can digest the food easier.

Do you take off your make up every night before going to bed? Your skin will diffinately worsen if you do not take your make up often enough. Also make sure you put sun screan on everyday... even just a little. Even if you dont go in the sun! Sunscrean is absolute magic! it WILL keep the wrinkles away when you begin to age.

Do you drink enough water? Water is ESSENTIAL!! I cannot over emphisise this. every organ in your body needs water. esspecially your muscles. the bulk of your muscles are made up of water, therefore your muscles can develope stronger when you excersize.

Can you be more specific? The most beneficial thing you can do for yourself, and the first step should be adding water to your diet. Your body needs water to survive. If you take it one step at a time, it will be easier for you to start taking care of yourself. Also eat lots of fruits and veggies. Go to your doctor for an annual checkup too! Read. Go for a walk. Write in a journal. Take a class. Exercise. Laugh.

You better eat healthy foods like vegetables and meat. Exercise daily by jogging or running on sidewalks. Drink lots of water and maintain a good state of being.

Sleep, eat, work out, shower. Invest in the game of Hungry Hungry Hippos, I always get a good sweat going off of that.
