Sweat collects between your thighs because they are probably rubbing together, and trapping sweat while you exercise. We're covered in sweat glands, so why wouldn't sweat come from your thighs??

your thighs are extremely fat or extremely muscular. rubbing together can make the sweat more noticeable.
