No he will not. Talk to his veterinarian about other options.

That depends, in 90% of all intact male dogs over the age of 6 years, there is a drammatic prostate enlargement. That can be painful and cause trouble going to the bathroom. There is also a fair amount of testicular cancer that obviously can be painful, and just as obviously isn't found in neutered males.
It is the responsible and healthy thing to do to neuter your dog. But unless there is a specific health condition associated with your dog's reproductive tract, he isn't likely to be in pain just because he isn't neutered.
I hope this is what you were asking?

Neuter your dog and spay any females you have. By keeping them in tact and allowing them to reproduce, you ARE contributing to the animal OVERPOPULATION problem. Look at Petfinder.com. LOOK at all the animals that are being put down due to lack of homes. Do not think that these 'breeders' didn't have 'good homes' only to have them dumped. Neutering usually helps with marking in the house, reduces instances of prostate cancer as well as curbs wanderlust. Spaying a female eliminates unwanted pregnancy (and messy heat cycles), risk of ovarian cancer and pyometra and reduces the chances of mammary tumors. I have neutered males and they are no worse for wear as far as being sans testicles. They're fine, healthy and happy. There may be some discomfort at first, but it goes away within a day or so. Talk to your vet and please use your head.

An unneutered male dog can be a pain in the ***. There are many behavioural problems that can arise with males dogs and many can be fixed by desexing him (such as urinating in the house/on objects/on people, humping other dogs/people, being dominant toward a person/dog, being hard to control around female dogs desexed or not etc).
Don't listen to the poster who said his dog was never the same after getting desexed and the other poster who said it was natural for a dog not to be desexed. Is it natural to be full of hormones and not be able to release yourself? Is it normal for a male dog to have sexual urges (urge to reproduce) and NOT have an outlet to release this tension? Would you like it if you were told you could NEVER have sex in your life, not even once? So would your dog be in pain - in a way yes, because he will be frustrated from his hormones and not being able to do anything about it!
Which brings me to the reasons FOR desexing. Do not breed from your dog. There is no reason for anyone other than a registered breeder to breed. If you are not breeding from your dog, than what reason is there to leave him undesexed? None! Get the poor bugger desexed... If you still can't decide, have a look at the shelters and all the dogs who are going to be put to sleep due to overpopulation. "Hold the paw" of a dog who is being put to sleep. You will no doubtly be all for desexing after seeing that :) Remember, one dog does make a difference!

By not de-sexing your male dog raises the risk of testicular cancer. Head to your Vet and ask all the questions you want.
IGNORE THE PERSON WHO SAID:
"He won't be in pain. But if you don't neuter and you don't let him mate he will become aggressive" THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH & THERE IS NO PROOF OF THIS WHAT-SO-EVER.
IGNORE THE PERSON WHO SAID:
"If you do neuter your dog he will be in pain! I did it to mine and it was the worse mistake of my life. He has never been the same, he is very scared and jumpy since, very unpredictable. Please do not do it, no matter what anyone says. I hope you make the right choice." THIS IS HIGHLY UNEDUCATED COMMENT, GENETIC TEMPERMENT ISSUES COME INTO PLAY AS DOGS MATURE, AS WELL AS FEAR PERIODS, DESEXING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS.

maybe for a day or two at the most, but they usually ask if you want to pay extra for the pain pills. My dog was fine the day he came home. He did get sick when he tried to eat and moved a lttle slower than usual during the fist day, but no big deal. There are to many dogs in shelters that get killed daily because people do not neuter or spay their animals.

If you don't neuter your dog, he'll be A pain! Getting out running around the neighborhood bothering other dogs. Do yourself, society, and your pet a favor and get him neuter...for all that is good!

Why would your dog be in pain if he was not neutered? I really am not sure about your question.

You should absolutely have your dog neutered by a reputable vet. Dogs that have not been neutered are more aggressive, more likely to stray, and more likely to father litters of unwanted puppies. He'll be more puppyish if neutered, according to my vet, because he won't have all those male hormones driving him (and you) up the wall.

yes he will be in excruciating pain. unneutered dogs tend to have a higher chance of perianal tumors and fistulas, testicular and prostate cancers, and even breast cancer. also intact male dogs tend to get into fights when unaltered females are around, which leads an unneutered dog to get out of the yard, and run away, and increases the chances of being hit by a car, shot by annoyed neighbors. so to answer your question, i'm pretty sure being ran over by a car, shot, tumors inside and out can be rather painful. up to you. if you don't thanks for contributing to the pet overpopulation, you keep disgruntled, underpaid government employees on our tax payroll euthanizing millions of pets every year. WAY TO GO!!!!!
