No, I have been raised on multi-diet range of foods. Fish, chicken, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, corn, peas, beans, acorn squash, pumpkin, radishes, carrots, and various other things my Mom was able to grown in her garden. I have had cheese, but it was store bought and tasted like wax. Not very nutritional. I found a store in a quaint city called Helena out in Montana that had Gouda Goat cheese and it was gooood. The place is called, "Real Food" Store and it had allot of organically grown food.
If you're asking me if you could live off of those things, sure! But why not just cut your regular food consumption of each thing you eat to half your usual amount. Go for a walk for ten minutes before and after your meals and you'd be surprised how thin, healthy and trim you will stay.

Bad diets are based on a lack of willingness to fess up to the fact we don't like to exercise.

So, go for a fast walk or at least one where you don't stop every two seconds to look at something. You spend the entire ten minutes walking.

Technically the human body can (supposedly) live off just water for like over 2 months. So water and cheese sandwiches is a step up. But that doesn't mean you SHOULD eat only this. Permanently? As in forever? For 70 years? You won't make it.

Get some variety. There are so many different tastes and flavours out there. Whether the issue is boredom, time, inability to cook, dieting, poverty.. whatever. There are options.

Bread And Cheese Diet

I seem to live off bread and cheese too, especially with my hectic work and college schedules during the semester.
Just try to fit some fruits and veggies in when you can, and take a multi vitamin. You can buy some frozen fruits and blend them up real quick in the mornings with OJ for some quick health and energy. You could also buy pre-packaged salads and defrost some frozen veggies (peas, edamame, corn, etc) and throw them in there for a quick and easy dinner. Even adding some ingredients into your sandwich would be great - lettuce, spinach, quickly grilled peppers, hummus, tomatoes or avocado are quick and easy nutrient rich additions. I don't eat meat so these are tasty suggestions I do pretty often.
Just try to fit in nutrients where you can and you should be fine.
Most likely it is a phase from stress or an overly busy schedule (like me) and you won't eat like that forever. ;)
The water is great - keep drinking that and try to fit in some exercise too.

a box of cheese cost $14, that would last you a month. a bag of cheese would cost $10. twice a month if ur like me and you add it with everything. or if you don't use it all. -$20. bread stays fresh at most a week so that's like $3. x4 chicken ranges from $7-$10 dollars and you need that at least 2x a week. so times that by 8. rice $15 for a huge bag i believe. and that last about 2 months. lemons 8 for $2 and depends how often do you add lemon to your food. beans are fairly cheep 2 for $1. incase your wondering why are the prices the way they are its because i was pricing them according to bulk if nesscary. btw this is a horrible diet. its lacking a bunch of your key nutrition's.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLu9

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Why would you want to? Your body needs more nutrients than bread and cheese can provide. You are seriously neglecting your body by only eating bread and cheese. About the only thing I give you kudos for is the water.
