Wow, that is truly simplistic.

To give North Korea a religion still will not change the government. It is the government that is causing problems, not the lack of religion. The people still would have no other freedom.

No. North Korea is run by a dictator - with little regard for world opinion or the suffering of the Korean people. Just remember that Germany, before World War II, was mostly Catholic. Religion has no affect on dictators unless its somehow a useful tool for their goals.

Sound like Bush talking about problems in Middle East. Like the time he said he think Kofi Annan should call up Palestine and get something going so they can 'stop all that sh*T.'
Osama Bin Laden is religious person, David Koresh at Waco was religious, and ton of other criminals and dictators are religious. I wish it was that simple, but all that sh*# won't make any difference if they were less secular society.

No.
If North Korea wasn't run by a crazy psychopath, they wouldn't be causing all these problems. Belief (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with it.

You have got to be kidding me? Maybe the American Indian was whipped out by the God fearing white man because the Indians were atheist. That's the ticket. Nothing like whipping out a civilization in the name of God and gold. How rude of me. The Spanish did not conquer for gold, they did it for God or which ever which way.

I do not agree that atheism is the direct motive behind the DNRK's temperament in being hostile to other countries and creating a stir. Absolutism is the culprit. Atheism is concurrent.

Now I hate to watch news, but unfortunately I seen enough to know that Korea is Time bomb waiting to go off. If you knew anything you would know that Korea has signs and stuff that encourage their people to hate,to loathe, to view the US as the devil in sheeps clothing.
Their lack of God(Jesus)is what's causing the problem.

Ahhhhhhh .... the amazing sound of religious ignorance.!!!!
It is the ignorance, intolerance and arrogance behind such a question that causes all these problems. No matter who or which country!

No. Religion has nothing to do with it. The country is led by a megalomaniac who is completely ignorant of the way the world really works.

Don't you agree that the United States wouldn't be causing all these problems if it TRULY was a Christian nation?
