is there a face cleaner out there that wont break u but that also works. i have really bad acne and everything i have tryed has not worked at all it just mad it worse. help pls

Cleaning is a start for acne but it isn't the only thing to do.
You'll need a good, clean rinsing soap or cleanser twice a day, I like neutrogena - but try different ones til you find one you like. Avoid deoderant soaps or lotion soaps like Dove that leave things on your skin. Rinse really well with warm, not scalding water.
Keep your bedding and especially your pillowcase clean. Remember anything on your hair gets onto your pillow, so heavy use of hair products isn't good.
Eat healthy, lots of fresh fruits and veges - avoid food with a lot of fat, I notice my skin is much oiler and more prone to breakouts when I eat a lot of butter or animal fat, and avoid sugar whenever possible. If I eat any candy at all, I break out within 24 hours.
Take a good multivitamin, the costco equivalent of centrum is good and inexpensive.
Drink lots of water. I notice my skin is not only clearer, but if I keep at the water, it takes on a translucent glow that people comment on.
Try not to touch your face, your hands have lots of bacteria that will get onto your face and into your pores. Good luck!

I wash my face with sage boiled water,cool it into warm . my acne was cure.
