If a person has missing tooth on the back (chewing tooth) is it possible to replace it with the Maryland bridge?

No - not enough adhesion for the chewing forces. It will come off.

i am unsure of the specifics of your question, but a maryland bridge is cemented to the two teeth on the other side of a missing tooth and it is fixed to the back area of these teeth
