You have to be prepared to give an answer for the hope that is within you.
You cannot support your "truth" by disproving others, because then its no longer truth you are supporting. It's self defeating. Truth will stand by its own merits, or its not truth.
You cannot impose truth. You can only propose truth to those who are disposed to receive it.
Before anyone can accuse a religion of teaching a falsehood, its necessary to go to THEIR source, and find out exactly what this alleged falsehood is. Without finding out what they actually believe, and not what you THINK they believe, you risk coming across as a self-righteous bigot.

No, it is not ok to ridicule anything for that matter, but if a religion is teaching falsehood, then it is not wrong to tell them about it. It is wicked for you to keep the truth from someone you see doing wrong, but once you tell them and if they don't agree, then you did what you are suppose to by telling them the truth and just move on.

If one is ridiculing another religion because they think its teaching false ideals, they need to look at their own religion for OKing ridiculing.

Only when you can prove it.
For example, if there's a religion that teaches the earth is under a hundred million years old, it's totally fine to ridicule that part.

remember , there are diverse branches of Christianity , and a Catholic received't save on with Lutheran instructions in school , and a Calvinist does not save on with Orthodox , and an Orthodox does not save on with Catholic. There are important variations between what would study to little ones of the diverse denominations. that's precisely what's taking position at my college. we've human beings from different international locations who do not save on with some thing having to do with faith 'cos they are not Catholic ( they are specially Orthodox , then also Muslim , JW , and atheists). My college teaches Catholicism , like numerous public faculties in this u . s . do (Malta).i wager it kind of sucks, considering i'm not Catholic , under no circumstances replaced into and under no circumstances will be.

No--it is much better to teach truth and show God's viewpoint and then let the other person decide for themself. God's word reaches the hearts of those whose motives are pure and good and draws those who are willing to be led to Him.

Ridicule? No. Point out blatant inconsistencies and unorthodox (in the sense of Christian orthodoxy) beliefs? I think we are called upon in Scripture to "always be ready to make a defense for the faith that lies within us".

The best way to ridicule another faith is to know, teach and live your own.

I have never understood all the bickering among est the different religions. Let everyone believe what they want as long as they believe. Simple!
