The easiest way would be to buy an Windows XP Upgrade CD but before you try to install, you should check out the system requirements for XP. Click here for this information: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314865
To get the information about your own computer, right click on the my computer icon and then left click on properties. This will tell you how much Ram you have and also the speed of processor. If this information does not match the XP system requirements, you cannot upgrade. You will have to buy a new computer.

what is windows ex? never heard of it.....there's 95,98,Me, Xp, and the newest Vista..no ex that I know of thou
