I really want to a new school school, but the problem is it's not in the city I live in, will they accept me?

If it's a public school, they won't accept you because you don't live there. Nobody's taxes are paying for the supplies and staff to teach you.

It depends on where you live. most cities don't allow that, but i know that in Buffalo, NY you choose your school.
