a rare antibody that a mother produces when pregnant is all that i know and every research i come to a dead end and it seems that the doctor's are not very educated to tell me and i really wish some one could help me

I wonder if you are referring to the Rh factor. This is where a woman is Rh negative and her partner is Rh positive. When the woman is pregnant, if the baby is Rh positive, the blood from the baby can enter into the mother's system causing the mother to create antibodies against the Rh factor. These antibodies treat the Rh positive baby like a foreign body. This can cause many complications. The good news is that complications can be prevented with an injection of Rh immunoglobulin (rhogam) given usually after delivery but it can also be given at 28 weeks.
