Force? You never force yourself to do anything. You decide to do whatever you're doing - whether or not those choices are good or bad are also up to you.
Choose a "routine" that is deterimental to your health and well being or choose a healthy lifestyle. It's all up to you - you are in control. Once you understand that concept, you will hopefully make choices to live a better life by being in the routine of healthy eating and exercise.
The good news is it's all up to you --- the bad news is, it's all up to you!

well the best way is to use every ounce of self control you have until you dont want anything unhealthy anymore. i just felt to fat and gross when i ate sugar or fat that now i havent eaten anything with large amounts of fat or sugar in over a year or so.
my metabolism is realy slow so if i slip a tiny bit it shows, so i have to be a nazi. no sugar, no fat, never ever ever.
well okay a little fat is necissary for cell building but the only kinds that are good for you are like coconut oil, and olive oil, (coconut it better, it speeds metabolism, or did for me at least.)
