Lots and lots of black and green tea. Eat 5 fruits and 5 vegetables a day plus 6-8 glasses of water. Have a large salad with lunch and dinner. Do not eat fats with sugar. (that means avoid cakes and pastries) Then eat whatever else you want.

Eat at home, not fast food. Look at every food package label for the nutrition information. Watch the grams of saturated fat you consume. If you can keep that number below 20, 15, or even 10, and still eat a balanced diet, you'll see results within a few weeks, and you'll lose all the weight you need. All you need is discipline. Which most people lack, apparently, judging from the landbeasts I saw at the mall last weekend.

I did a home program for losing weight, and it worked and I have kept the weight off. For me it was simple, no eating after 5 pm, except for a snack which I chose fresh fruit, I walked daily, I had myself up to 7 miles a day in the mornings. I also cut back on my portions. I also made sure that I had 8 glasses plus of water daily. I lost 40 pounds in under two months and I have kept it off. I wish you all the best... Good Luck to you

Learn all you can about how carbohydrates increase your weight. 15 grams of carbohydrates equals 1 carb. Find out how many carbs you are eating in one day and cut that number in half. Eat that number of carbs a day for 2 weeks and see how much weight you lose - you will be astounded! Add exercise to that equation and see how much more weight you will lose. Never exercise or change your diet without your doctor's approval - especially if you have any health problems.

Read Atkins, Eades, Bowden, Heller & Heller, Bernstein.

Foods that are high in carbs are: potatoes, pasta, bread, fruit and fruit juices, bakery, junk foods of all kinds, soda pop, ice cream, etc.

1) Eat food in moderation, like if u normally eat 3 or four cups of rice, reduce to like 1 cup and do the same for meatkind and then eat lots of vegetables, If you dont enjoy eating the vegeatbles as is, you can add a fat free salad dressing to improve the flavor so you can enjoy it more.

2) Drink lots of water, try and eliminate sweet juices and drinks from the diet.

3) Chocolate, candy, cakes etc. those are no good, they just add empty calories to your body, no nutrients or anything like that just calories to make you fat and unhealthy.

4) Exercise, you dont have to do any strenuous exercise, if you usually take the elevator, try taking the stairs, it may take a while to work but the results will eventually show.

5) Lots of fruits and vegetables to snack on instead of cookies and ice cream etc.

Hope this helps

Be a kid yet again! When eating out, order a child’s sandwich, pizza or pizza. Then you can have the treats you're keen on, while reducing your portions and lowering your calorie intake.
