Nice page. Hey, I tell you one things that's getting me some "quick" muscle mass. This sounds silly, but just give it a try: Carry an equal weight in both hands (25lbs, 35lbs, 45lbs, etc.) and carry them up and down a flight of stairs. Do reps of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 to equal 30 in all. Do it twice a day and I promise you'll notice a difference if you make sure to also include lots of protein in your diet. Just be carefull and make sure not to fall down the steps, if you feel your balance is off, you shouldn't do it or pick lighter weights to begin with. If you have no weights, any other heavy objects will do.

i really dont know what you mean by that but i can try. if you are talking about the way you look hair, mucles, or what ever. ok probably the mucles right? ok make apts. to work out. you are probably fine but you could either eat better and lay off. ok sorry if i didnt help but not the easiest question.
